Clear answers.
Sources you can check.
We investigate specific claims, explain what the evidence shows and link to the sources so you can check them.
Start with a clear question
A broad claim often mixes several questions. For example, a vaccine’s ability to prevent serious illness is different from whether it causes a particular side effect. We explain those questions separately.
Look at more than one result
We compare relevant studies, including findings that disagree. We explain who was studied, where and when. A result about one country, age group or older vaccine is not automatically an answer for everyone today.
Say what we could not check
Sometimes only a study’s summary is available. Sometimes extra tables or a corrected document are missing. We put that information beside the source and explain when it leaves an important question unanswered. Several reviews can use the same studies; listing more links does not always mean more separate evidence.
Check facts without assuming motives
A mistaken statement does not prove that someone meant to deceive. Our explanation of misinformation and disinformation shows the difference. A historical vaccine debate also shows why who shared a claim and whether it is true are separate questions.
Why the site says “draft”
These pages are here for feedback. Experts still need to finish checking the evidence and wording. Vaccine pages do not replace advice from a clinician who knows your health. We also need to test the pages with readers, check accessibility more fully and try the signs on actual paper.
What comes next?
We are reviewing more topics, including gender-related care, sport and allegations involving drag performers. They do not have public pages yet. We also plan a public history of corrections. For now, you can save a feedback note; it does not send anything automatically.
After reading a page, you should be able to say what it means, why and what the most important limit is. We still need to test whether the pages and signs help people understand the evidence.
