Before making more copies

Print one copy.
Test it first.

Text and a QR code that look clear on screen may be harder to read or scan on paper.

Choose the right file

PDF keeps the stated paper size and includes the fonts. SVG can be resized without blurring. PNG previews are for viewing on screen; use PDF or SVG to print. Choose white paper to save background ink, or cream for the branded look.

Printing at home

  1. Choose Letter or A4 to match your paper.
  2. Download the PDF and print at “actual size” or 100%. Avoid cropping it.
  3. Keep the white border around the QR code.
  4. Read the printed text and scan the code with a phone.
  5. Make sure it opens the right topic.

Testing a large sign

The large sign is 18 × 12 inches. The designs have a clear margin and no extra area for cutting off; they are not ready-made files for printers that require bleed. We have not yet tested a printed copy. Try it at the distance, angle and lighting where you plan to use it. Test more than one phone if you can. We cannot promise a distance from which every phone will scan it.

Printing a bumper sticker

The bumper sticker is exactly 10 × 3 inches. PDF and SVG are vector files; the PNG is 3000 × 900 pixels, or 300 pixels per inch at the stated size. Important content stays inside a ¼-inch safe area. There is no added bleed or crop-mark area. Commercial printers may need their own bleed template; ask before ordering and keep the QR quiet area intact. Confirm outdoor stock, adhesive and trimming with the printer. Test a sample while the vehicle is parked. Scan distance and durability have not been tested.

Sharing the explanation

The sign has a short statement, a QR code and a small web address. The linked page gives the reasons and important limits. When sharing online, include a clickable link and the suggested caption, so people can read the explanation without scanning a screen.
